No inventory or map shows when i use the according keys

When pressing I for inventory, the menu with resume, load etc. pops up. There is no way to get to my inventory, map etc. Both on keyboard and controller.

Thank you for reaching out with this bug report for Assassin's Creed Shadows. In order to investigate further could you please provide screenshots or a video showcasing the bug with opening the inventory in full for review? Please be aware that during the memory missions that you access via the Kuji-kiri meditations, you usually don't have the inventory or map available.

Good afternoon Ubi-Ineradicable, Thanks for reaching out. I dont access via Kuji-kiri.
I have placed a gif 'No_Inventory' in the section artwork. I installed the game on two different PC's with the same result. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the clarification. Have you tried deleting the config file from the folder Documents\Assassin's Creed Shadows\ and checking the issue again?

Hello jksmhr and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on PS5. Could you please check the game settings > controls and ensure that you have the correct buttons assigned, and that no two actions are assigned to one button?

I have deleted the ini file and started the games again with sadly the same result.

Could you please let us know if the issue persists? If so, please perform technical troubleshooting[ubi.li] and disable all USB devices, except the keyboard and mouse. If the issue still persists, please provide us with a video showing that the relevant buttons are not working. Please also report it through the bug reporter.[ubi.li]
