Save file is missing after saving new game in another slot

I've played 35 hours, started a new game to let my bro try it on my computer. After he finished playing I made sure to not save in the same slot as my main save and created a second one. I checked the save file folder and there I only have ...save.upload files of my main save file, but they are 0 kb. I have been enjoying the game so much, but I just cant play 35 hours from scratch. Any help? Maybe someone could share their level 25 save file?
