I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your copy of Assassin's Creed Shadows.
If you haven't resolved the issue yet, please note that most Ubisoft games purchased on Steam do not require an activation key. Instead, a digital license is automatically linked to your Ubisoft account when you launch the game in Steam for the first time.
Once activated, the game cannot be linked to another Ubisoft account.
To help resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
Download and Install Ubisoft Connect: Ensure you have the latest version from the official website: Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]
Run both Ubisoft Connect and Steam clients with administrator rights[www.ubisoft.com]
Close Ubisoft Connect completely. Sometimes, you need to close Ubisoft Connect completely (not just minimize it to the system tray) and then launch the game from Steam to ensure the accounts link correctly.
