What kind of gpu are you running? what version of Windows are you on? There's a Reddit thread that has a lot of people having a similar issue (most of them with a gpu issue, which is why I ask) , so you needed to try some other things.

Yeh, you're well below the minimum specs and it also looks like you might be trying to play it in 4K.

Still, it might work if you update your GPU driver. The VRAM Not Detected is a weird result but you obviously have VRAM. You definitely shouldn't be trying to play in 4K though if it does work, unless you enjoy 10-15 fps.
