Assassinations bugged

Anyone else getting a bug where they need to assassinate an enemy about 3 times before they actually stay dead?

This isn't an issue with assassination not being strong enough to take out an enemies full health or enemies that block an attempt. They die, come back to life, die on the next assassination, come back to life again, die on the third assassination...finally stay dead.

Can really mess with castle runs when if don't instantly notice.

It happens to me rarely, even on the release version. Free exp.

I've seen this happen mostly with NPCs throwing up, or locked into some other idle animation.
