Random "Too many civilian casualties" message

Hey assassins,

I'm really enjoying the game so far, so compliments again to the devs, but one thing bothers me a little.

In nearly 30 hours, I've now received the message “too many civilian casualties” 4 or 5 times completely randomly and for no apparent reason, even if I haven't been fighting for minutes and am just walking around a town.

The game then resets me to the last checkpoint, which luckily was usually only a few steps away, but it's still kind of annoying.

Not sure what the reason behind this random message is but I do hope it gets fixed soon because I can imagine this being very frustrating for players who haven't had a recent checkpoint.
