Shinbakufu Engravings not unlocking

All weapons obtained from Shinbakufu targets are not giving me their engravings for both protraganists.

I think mine were except one tanto didnt give me the engraving from the shinbakufu. Not sure why or if it’s a bug or what.

For anyone who is experiencing this bug. Put the item in storage in your safehouse and then take it out. You should get the message that the engraving has unlocked.

If that doesn't work, put it into storage, save it, and reload the game entirely before taking it out.
