Getting an error code ANIMUS-3-00076
I'm running across one of those Animus key thingies and trying to loot it and it's giving me that error code when I do. My internet is functioning fine and I seem to be having no problems with ubisoft connect... What's wrong?

Sorry to hear that you get animus-3-00076 error when trying to loot the animus key.

Is there any chance that you could send us a screenshot of this error? This will give us a better picture of the situation.

Can you please run through the troubleshooting steps[ubi.li] shown in this guide and let us know if the issue persists?

I would also recommend testing the game on an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot.
