Hot fix dropped my FPS

Main thing i noticed has something to do about the rain storms. Used to not cause any issues or performance drops. Now after the hot fix during those rain storms my game drops to below 40 fps.
Another note is the game now runs around 55 fps steady for some reason. Prior to the hot fix I was running steady 80-100fps

Wondering if anyone else has had performance decline since the hot fix?

It do feel a little less smooth after the patch. Wonder if you have to play "for a while" for it to "cache" stuff again..
I honesty cant say for sure, but game felt a bit more like normal today compared to yesterday

Same here. Had stable high 50s on my laptop before now really low 40s

Game runs fine here. No issues after patch, except the inventory, Codex "!" that newer goes away after unlocking Yakuze.
