We can only respond in English here. If you would like to continue in your language, please contact us via a ticket.[ubi.li] If I understand correctly, you are experiencing issues with sound.
The development team is aware of the issue and investigating. In the meantime, please try the following workaround:
First, if it is enabled, deactivating Windows Sonic & Spatial Audio in Windows may resolve the issue.
If that does not fix the problem, then please try the following workaround:
Locate the Assassin's Creed Shadows .ini file. (Usually located: C:\Users\"Username"\Documents\Assassin's Creed Shadows\ACShadows.ini)
Open the file in Notepad
Locate the row: "Sound=en-US"
Change "en-US" to your preferred localization language. (This should be visible on one or all of the other settings, i.e. "Sound=de-DE")
Save changes to the file.
Set the file to 'Read Only' in Windows.
Please Note: As the file is 'Read Only' after the workaround, any settings changes you make in-game may not apply whilst the file is set in this mode. It may be necessary to remove 'Read Only' from the file when changing other settings, and to then repeat the workaround.
