Hi Mainez,

I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving a synchronization error in Ubisoft Connect.

Could you please try the following:

- Clear your Ubisoft Connect cache[ubi.li]
- Verify the game files[ubi.li]
- Next open up the Command Prompt and type the following to disconnect from internet: ipconfig /release
- Next type the following: ipconfig /renew

This resets the local IP address of your computer, hopefully fixing the issue.

However, if the issue persists I would recommend uninstalling then reinstalling Ubisoft Connect[ubi.li]and try again.
