Textures loading late, quests trigger late
Anyone else have this issue where the texture need a lot of time to load which results in buggy NPCs and late quest triggers?

I solved the problem by reinstalling the game. Apparently there was a problem with preloading the game. I've been playing for about 3 hours now and I haven't had any more problems.

a little over 24 hours of in game time, only 15 or so bugs that i ran into. one bug could be fixed by not using steam controller support. no crashing i had an audio issue but was able to fix it with a short cut key that i have on my steam deck, called graphics driver restart. then my sound came back and since then haven't had any other audio problems. i haven't had any stuttering or texture popping or any texture lag. the only real problem that i have is some times when i am pressing a button on my controller it is like the game doesn't know that i am pressing the button. but other then that really no problems at all,. for me the game is installed on my old 970 evo 1 tb, loading times are anywhere from 2 seconds to a max of 11 seconds, loading times on this game are (F en) great.

running on a 5900x
32 gb 3600mhz
4080 super
970 evo
but i think i'll install it to my 990 pro and see if loading times are better.

I had a lot of these issues - check the SSD in task manager when the game starts acting up, mine went up to 100% for extended periods of time. Moving the game to a secondary drive fixed it for the most part.

After 6 hours of playing, the problem reappeared

In general, I tried everything and found the final working solution. In the settings, you need to disable FPS lock and target FPS. I checked on all SSDs and everything works without problems.
Nope, non what so ever. Full gallop with horse no issues either.
Oh, and i don't have locked fps.

I had accidentally installed the game on one of my Serial ATA SSDs. After moving it to the M.2 SSD, the texture issues no longer occurred.
