Crash after scenario cutscene

I had been enjoying about 30 hours of gameplay. After dueling with Oda Nobunaga, the game crashes right at the final cutscene, preventing any further progress. I trust that Ubisoft will resolve this issue, so I’ll wait and see.

Same here. It also happens when I tried to recruit Yaya. Just to be sure it is not my computer problem, I tested it on 2 computers:
Computer 1: 9950X with 64G RAM + 4090
Computer 2: Asus ROG Flow Z13 2025 with 128G RAM, assigned 32G to VRAM
The result is the same.
So, I don't think it is a graphics driver issue, One is Nvidia, the other is AMD. All drivers are up-to-date.

I suspected it could have been an AMD CPU problem since both computers that I have used previously have AMD CPUs. I have just installed and tried it on a Asus Zenbook Duo 2024 with Intel CPU and iGPU. Still no go! Crashed at exactly the same place. With my limited resources and non-scientific testings, I think it is unlikely a CPU, GPU issue.

I have the same problem!Mainstory Cutscene crashed every time and the Mission from Yaya crashed every time when i kill the second enemy instand.

Have the same Problem and i use an Intel i9 13900k and RTX 4080! On PS5 i heard they do not have this Problem! I think ist only on PC

The wild part is these crashes occur even when playing Shadows on Amazon Luna. So they almost definitely have nothing to do with the actual devices we're using to play the game.

Do you have, per chance, a relatively recent Intel CPU?
I got lots of DX12 game issues 2 years ago with my i9. Upgraded to AMD CPU and they went away!

I know, doesn't help. Just sharing ^_^
Although, I think Intel might have released some sort of BIOS update that fix

Hey guys I don't think it has anything to do with hardware because I tried both on two different PCs (one top tier & one mid) as well as tried continuing on Xbox. Both have the same issue... I've tried reinstalling the game and doesn't make any difference. This sucks I was just getting into the story too
