Unable to collect scrolls, resources or pray at statues bug

When I find a scroll in a temple and walk up to it I see the icon but am not able to pick it up

When I find a statue to pray at it also doesnt show me a button to press to pray.

When I find resources for my scouts to collect there is also not a button I can press to collect them.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to collect scrolls, resources or pray at shrines.

Can you please try verifying the game files[ubi.li], then try again to see if that helps.

However, if the issues persist could you please report it on the Bug Reporter website[www.ubisoft.com]. If you could also record a video demonstrating the three issues and upload it to YouTube, and include the link to the video in your report it would be appreciated, thanks.
