Katana sheath is missing today

Same here, just happened after I got the initiate assassin armor. When I reload an earlier save, still no more sheath for my sword.

Update: I was able to fix this by switching swords, then switching back.

Can you let us know is this is still the case, please?
Usually, reequipping katana via your inventory resolves it.

It still persists, even if you unequip every gear from Yasuke. It will just float on his hip with no Katana in it.
