Ciao a tutti, non riesco ad avviare il gioco perche appena il gioco si avvia mi appare questo errore. ho verificato i vari file di istallazione tra cui il direct12 e ho tutto in ordine. Come posso risolvere questo problema?

i7 14700f, 4070ti super, also an error occurred in the cut scene after the prologue, the picture just hung, and after a couple of seconds the error came out! Well, I'll try to fix the game......... for $ 100 by yourself.

I just did some quick googling, seems past games (from various publishers) have run into this and the "fix" has been a software update from either the game publisher, or a video card driver update once available. Either way, we've got a buggy product here. All those delays and they still couldn't release a product that doesn't crash, so I've requested a refund.

New personal policy: no more Ubisoft games on PC, if any at all. And that's a shame really, because up until the random crashing, this was one of their better releases IMO.

Thanks - I applied for, and got, my refund. If Ubisoft ever bother to support the RX580 then I might purchase the game in future, but for now I'll pass...

Same here. Tried everything. BIOS update, chipset drivers, newest nvidia drivers (or those from about a month ago), lowest graphics settings, crashes every 5mins :-(

I've tried all of that yesterday before i wrote my message here. Sorry it didn't work. I still can't play the game.
