I even reset my pc and same problem persisted
I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Shadows started randomly rebooting your PCs. I can understand this is frustrating.
So far, we have seen advise from other players to launch the game from Ubisoft Connect directly (instead of Steam) or limit the refresh rate of their screens, if it's above 120Hz.
Try them please.
Also, try the following steps:
Clear Steam Cache folder
Clear Ubisoft Connect PC Cache[www.ubisoft.com]
Delete the game configuration file (ACShadows.ini) and the cache folder that are saved in your Documents > Assassin's Creed Shadows folder.
