✅ FIX: Animus & Helix Store Not Working in Assassin’s Creed Shadows Errors: ANIMUS-10-00003 / ANIMUS-6-00003
If you can't access the Helix Store or Animus system, and you're getting one of these errors, here's the fix that worked for me—plus some other things you can try if that doesn’t do it.

🔧 Step-by-Step Fix (PC tested):
Go to Ubisoft Account Settings:
🔗 https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information

Scroll to "Linked Accounts"

Unlink your Twitch account
– This fixed it for me personally. I had claimed a Twitch Drop, which likely caused a sync issue with the store.

Clear your browser cookies & cached data
– Ubisoft login sessions and authentication tokens can get stuck.

Restart your modem/router
– Helps reset your network and reestablish clean communication with Ubisoft’s servers.

Restart the game
– May take one or two restarts.

⚠️ Important Notes:
I got ANIMUS-6-00003 after unlinking Twitch.
➤ Clearing cookies + restarting the modem fixed it.

Other users have reported fixing the issue by unlinking different accounts, such as:

Amazon

Xbox

PlayStation

Steam

🧠 If Twitch doesn't work for you, try unlinking other connected services one by one, restarting the game between each attempt.

🕹️ Console Players:
This fix mostly applies to PC players (because of the cookie-clearing step).

On console, your best option is to unlink from your phone/PC, then restart your console and router.

If it still doesn’t work, it may be a server-side issue Ubisoft needs to fix.

💡 Why this works:
Certain linked accounts—especially Twitch Drops—can cause conflicts with Ubisoft’s online services. Clearing cookies and resetting your network ensures fresh login/session data. Ubisoft hasn’t officially patched this, so this workaround is helping players in the meantime.

I have same issue i believe, store wont load and cant see projects or the exchange menu either, havent found anything online other than you hope it gets resolved soon

This fix didn't work for me - "Run as Administrator" did.

This did not work for me. Unlinking all connections and it still gives the error. Run as Administrator did not work either.

Unlinking had worked previously, but since the 1.0.1 update none of thhe previous fixes seem to work.

I had to unlink my Stadia before it worked. Sad, now I can never relink it. :(

Yeah, Stadia shutting down really messed up a lot of stuff. Having to unlink it just to get the shop working — and then never being able to relink — that’s rough. Ubisoft should’ve at least added a way to transfer or preserve those linked accounts better. Hopefully they’ll patch something in or offer support for people who lost access like this.
