Report a translation problem
To effectively troubleshoot, it would be really beneficial to take a look at your Dxdiag[support.ubisoft.com] and Msinfo[www.ubisoft.com] so that we can get a deeper look at the problem.
These files can be attached to a new case[support.ubi.com] so that we can take a look.
In the meantime I would also recommend to complete the steps below to rule out any common causes of issues
- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Assassin's Creed Shadows including using an SSD.
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Perform a clean boot [support.microsoft.com] to ensure that a 3rd party app is not interfering.
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
Many thanks in advance
I experienced a similar issue where it would crash with a generic "DX12" error.
Turns out my Radeon RX 7900 XTX came overclocked out of the box, and the game REALLY doesn't like that, so by reducing the MHz down to the 2200-2500 range, it solved the issue.
RTX4060
RAM 32gb
MSI B760M-A
I search alot of way from everywhere and tried but still same issue. i end up refunded :(
