Won't even launch

As in title. I can't even boot up the game. It will pop up as an exe for a second or two then crash. No window, no prompt to nothing. I get zero reaction from Ubi Connect (thanks for quietly installing it without my consent btw), no prompt to link Steam and Ubi account, the game doesn't activate on Ubi side.

So far I've tried:
-Verified files
-Reinstalled everything
-Updated windows/Nvida
-Run everything as admin with antivirus off
-Turned off overlays
-Steam beta both in and out
-Forced windowed/dx11/dx12
-Disabled NICs (there was a thread saying it helps)
-Offline mode

Each time I try to run it, I get this error in the EventViewer

To resolve the issue, please ensure that:

- You are not using the Steam Beta Client.
- Ubisoft Connect and Steam are launched as administrators [ubi.li] and both are online.
- You perform technical troubleshooting[ubi.li]
- You delete ACShadow.ini from %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Assassin's Creed Shadows\ if you have it.
