Look for ACShadows.ini in your C: and Documents files file Assassin's creed Shadows
and change your lines in the Language part so that they are all the same language, like here for me (i play in Japenese language). You can open it with a notepad

My line Sound=ja-JP was Sound=en-US which was wrong and make my game bugged.
Then go to proprieties of this file and check the "Read Only" Box or it will be redone after each restart
