Crimson Tanto of the Shadow is bugged?

Whenever I try to use the "Crimson Tanto of The Shadow," I get a "item swapping disabled" message, and my controls become unresponsive. After that, I can't switch weapons or armor without resetting the game.

I get this error with any Tanto. Unable to swap weapons. Unable to sheath weapon unless I go on horseback. Unable to use my tools. Only way to fix is to save game and reload game

Yeah, it's massively irritating. Such a huge, obvious bug, that they must have changed something in the code at the last minute without testing it.

Some of Naoe's best abilities are tied to the Tanto, including dual assassination, but I can't equip it because it bugs out every time.

I changed my combo posture back to default and it sorted this for me :)
