Rotweaver suggestions for smoother gameplay
Rotweaver's second mysterium requires that an enemy die to decay damage in order to regenerate part of the magazine. I've noticed two problems that make this effect frustrating to play around:

1. Secondary damage sources can easily steal the kill and prevent you from gaining ammo. If you have Eye of the Madwoman equipped it's actually 100% impossible to ever trigger the ammo refund on most enemies since they will be executed by the lightning bolt. There are plenty of damaging effects which you can't really control like arcs from shocked enemies, damage from Shadowmist Ring dashes or Ring of Execra bombs, and Burning Stake explosions which can all prevent you from gaining ammo even while you are actively trying to let the decay finish enemies off. Even Severed Ear can steal the kill, which is unfortunate because an item that damages decaying enemies seems like it should work well with a weapon that applies decay.

I can understand not wanting to allow ammo refunds from directly killing enemies with bullets while they're decaying, but I think it would feel much better overall if the refund would trigger when an enemy dies from any source while decay is active, even if the ammo generation has to be made weaker to compensate.

2. The ammo refund doesn't work if the magazine is full. Since it actually generates ammo rather than pulling ammo from reserves, it would be nice if any overflowing ammo would go into the reserves instead of being completely wasted. Otherwise it ends up feeling awkward when you're waiting for enemies to die to decay and you have to avoid reloading to actually gain ammo, or if you automatically reload after depleting the magazine and end up losing out on ammo from enemies that die before you can shoot.
