SCREEN AND MOUSE BUG

Hey there..I installed the game and worked fine..after i restarted the pc and played again, i keep having a weird bug...game starts in a very zoomed mode...i see only the continue game on my screen...the screen resets after i go back on the desktop using the windown key...visualy its ok but the mouse cursor moves only in a very limited are...i can not reach the settings and nothing else below the continue game button...any ideas?
