Crashing at the portal of the home base.

I paid 40 bucks for a game I can no longer play. I had 1 character at 13 and a game breaking crash happens every single time I log in on that character. Started a new character play about 10 mins. now the game is crashing every time I log into that character. The game is literally broken for me.

I'm running a 4080 and 7800x3D. I'm also getting a weird issue where my gpu fans ramp up prior the game starting.
