Error after the game loads
Its not an intel issue because literally no other game has or currently has this problem.
When you start the game it shows the loading screen and then immediately shows an out of memory error.
Stock 14700k on a 4090. Again no other game has any problems. Are the launch commands for this game?

Just in case, since it's 14 gen, please update the bios

It's an intel issue, i know this because i have a 13th gen. 13th/14th gen processors are literally too fast currently. It's a common issue with games that run UE4 btw. Downclock your cpu or update bios. It's the only fix i've seen besides putting "-dx11" into the run parameters. This doesn't work for every UE game though so your results may vary

My bios is on the latest version there is. Everything is up to date.
Nothing is overclocked and set to their standard power limits 153/258.
Was also never overclocked.
so yeah Ill just refund it. Not going to fidget with my clocks just to play this.

Just an FYI, the Intel Raptor Lake saga continues and there will be one more microcode update:

Im aware, however even if intel states that they have found what was causing it, theres no guarantee it will fix this UE5 problem.
So I guess we will see

There is no "UE5" problem, it's really "Intel" problem.

But yes, it will not fix CPUs that already degraded to the point of them being unstable at Intel Defaults, for those units your best bet is to issue RMA claim and request full refund outright since they do not have enough units to keep up with the amounts of RMA claims lately.

its funny when you can literally know someones age because they fundamentally don't grasp concepts.

WTF does that even mean beside for you trying to sound cool. You havent even written anything constructive on the thread, so are you just farming interactions because of personal reasons?
