Sharpness setting and DLSS Sharpness setting make foliage grainy
I was playing around with the settings a bit when I noticed that, looking at my monitor closer, the foliage looked very fuzzy and grainy like I had some fake grain setting turned on. Looking through the settings I didn't find a video grain setting so I messed with the next most similar setting, that being the sharpness, and found that by turning it off the grain disappeared.

Same with the DLSS sharpness setting, it introduces a similar effect but even worse for some reason. I decided to try a sharpening overlay to see if that did the same and it didn't. I play at 1440p with DLSS set to Quality, and I've played many games without this weird grain added through sharpening effects/settings, so it shouldn't be a monitor or resolution issue.

Oh and also to see if I could at least fix the DLSS sharpening I tried swapping the DLSS version around a bit, but found that the issue still persists. I don't mind playing without the sharpening settings enabled because I can use a sharpening overlay so I don't think this bug needs to be fixed asap (if it even is a bug and not just a quirk with the implementation).
