Crash when attempting to level

At base when selecting a stat to upgrade the game crashes. As in when i click on the preferred stat opttion, it immediately drops to 0% resource usage and just stop doing anything. Window doesn't even go to an unresponsive or "Not Responding state" i can tab in and out no issue just stuck.
