Help! Stuck and cannot unlock Gnosis I

Requirements say to "go to wailing tower and study the galleon".

I have been to the waitling tower and unlocked the next area and killed every single thing in that tower and tried looking at everything...

No idea what "study the galleon" means? Can someone help?
