Do you think you wouldn't have visual "abnormalities" in UE5, or other issues like stuttering, etc..?
I wish more studios would focus on "older" engines to really max out their potential that seemed unreachable in the past.
Lets hope not! UE5 is terribly consumer unfriendly and is really just a terrible engine all together. Not saying UE4 is any better but it's definitely more stable. Lumin and nanite are barely functional tech demo software at this stage and every new release using those features is utterly broken. Look at Stalker 2
If all devs were smart they would all focus on UE4 to make games. They run 10000x better and a well developed one also looks 10000x better than a UE5 janky glitchy blurry messy slop.
Water reflections (and reflections in general) look beautiful in UE4... In UE5 they're one of the worst I've ever seen. Even games from 10years ago have better water mechanics and reflections than UE5.
