How to unlock the Collector?
I think I've already unlocked an upgrade for this person, but don't know where to find them. Thanks in advance.

yeah once hes unlocked he has 3x spots within the heritorium that he transitions between them, just check the map and go visit him.

No, just find him. It's above the Gnosis book I think. Look for a stairway.
