Opinion after 270 hours of gameplay (level 541)

Not everyone is happy with the latest update, but for me, everything in this game is perfect, I truly love it.
The Witch Mountain is different from the other maps, and I’ve really appreciated that.
There’s only one thing I would change. I know it’s a minor detail and that many wouldn’t mind, but for me, the Collector should be near the portal.
Every time you want to visit him, you have to search for him in one of the three locations, wasting time.
Please developers, keep him near the portal.

For me, it's the only Early Access game that can compete with, or even surpass, Deep Galactic Rock in terms of polish. I'm very impressed and have had a ton of fun so far. I wish there were more games of this kind that improve over time, both in terms of gameplay and development, rather than getting worse. Other developers could really learn a thing or two from this. Finally, a game where you get value for your money, instead of a hopeless construction project or rip-off like is often the case these days. Kudos to the developers, and thanks to you! Thank you very much for this great and beautiful game ;-)

I got the vendor near the portal the first couple times this patch and thought they finally did it but I was just lucky. If I had to pick something to complain about, it's easily my number 1.

I thought I was the only one bothered by this, haha.
The same thing happened to me, I found The Collector near the portal a couple of times and hoped they had fixed it, but no :-(

When I saw the campfire there I thought, "Maybe an NPC will show up here later." When I saw the vendor there I thought, "Ah, and there he is. It's nice that he moved out here to be easy to access." If they want him to move around, fine, whatever, I can live with that, but at least make sure he's out somewhere convenient like in the room with the mirror by the bookshelves, by the campfire, in the alchemy/incense room, by the ascension shrine, etc. He should never be tucked away in the gnosis room or in the room where you originally find him. That's just too far to be convenient even accounting for the fact that I hardly ever visit him.

Weak weapons: no complain, let tests some combos and synergy.
Totem and traps blocking boss event: no complain, placebo pills then.
Can't respec: no complains, have to improvise.

Collector not close to portal: REAL ♥♥♥♥!
