Unable to collect my remains

It made the sound effect associated with not being able to hold more elixirs or supply chest keys.. I had the maximum amount of keys and I'm guessing that kept me from getting my stuff. Very frustrating. Is this something that needs to be fixed or is there a workaround I don't know about?

I've found that my remains will still give me back the stuff I lost, but it just wont remove the remains item that you can interact with. Maybe check to see if you actually get your witchfire + keys back on the first attempt to pickup?

Thanks so much! I was able to retrieve my witchfire in this case, but very glad to hear there's a fix. Really enjoying the game overall.

this game is fantastic. dying for more content. I am hoping for at least 8 maps lol. don't want it to end.
