Tips for floor 2 and mostly 3 of wailing tower ?

Floor 2's manageable but hard to no-hit (also strongly depends on the cursed arcana picked up).
Floor 3 however is simply just kicking my ass no matter what i do. I cannot get through it despite my best efforts. Too many casters, especially the cultist who's gonna do that unavoidable tracking root attack while hiding in the swarm.
Also biggest hurdle is that you get hit once and the stamina meter goes poof, leading to an unescapeable stunlock.

Here's my stats & gear (gnosis 4) :

Lvl 45~ish :
20 in health, endurance & luck
25 in magic

Weapons :
All Seeing Eye (third mysterium)
Echo (third mysterium)
Crossbow

Spells :
Ice Cone (third mysterium)
Iron Cross (third mysterium)

Accessories :
Eye Of a Madwoman (third mysterium)
Henbane (third mysterium)
Shadowmist Ring (third mysterium)

Any tips ?

As an additional request If I can add to OP, I would love to know what is goal of Floor 3?

Floors 1 and 2 are clear but 3rd floor is total chaos, I randomly teleport to different location and back, there is a timer in right upper corner that ticks up and I just fight enemies until I die.

From what i understand, when entering the floor, you clear out the monks doing a ritual, then survive a wave of enemies, THEN a portal opens at the ritual site.
You want to go in that portal and survive 20-30 seconds, enemies inside are tough so it's best to run and hide. After that you're teleported back in the main room.
Rince and repeat until the game tells you it's over.
Only issue is subsequent waves after the first portal WILL spawn tougher enemies, including the astral arquebusiers that shoot a persistant trail and render the room ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ inhabitable.

My gear is almost the same except I use ice sphere.

You need to clear the main room 2 times (including the first time you get in) and survive in astral realm 2 times.
Knowing not to waste ammo in astral realm will make this stage pretty easy I suppose.

Switch Weapons to Hypnosis+Hunger.
All seeing Eye was my Main before the last Update. But Hypnosis Damage is unmatched.
And Hunger..well, best Weapon in the Game.

Exact, the objective is just to survive X number of seconds, killing enemies does nothing.

After the first encounter you should see a big red light thing, walk to it and it will teleport you to another realm.
Madman's dream as I recall.
Then you can see mission description on left top tells you to survive x seconds.

And yeah, killing in that realm does nothing. They just spawn every few seconds.
got a boss fight next level so it's better not to waste ammo there.

Did you managed the actual boss ? I initially wanted to go there for the weapon, but i felt with pushing a bit my limits it could be done (did 4 attempts so far)

Nabbed the gun and the last mask fragment, then fought the boss to phase 3 (?), died from my injuries (had no ammo left, 5/6 cursed arcana, no exlirs left).
I'll leave him be for now, getting down there was enough of a pain, and i got my prize.
