Do you think the current price of this game is the lowest it will be before launch?

Definitely going to pick this up, but was wondering whether it would drop at all around Black Friday. I know devs have said the price would go up when it was $35 on Steam.

Yeah, and we already saw a small price increase, although maybe that was just a temporary discounted price.

And I just read the devs saying they don’t plan to raise the price after early access, which is cool.

yea well plans can change, just keep in mind it's common for early access games to raise price on v1

I didn’t want to play this game before the main story part was finished. I bought windblown but haven’t played that yet either.

Perhaps because the developers have said the primary difference between early access and the launch version of the game is the launch version will have a story while the EA just focuses on gameplay.

I mean, honestly that game is really good and really polished. A story line is great and all but without great game play I'm not going to get to the end of that story no mater how well it is written. But that might just be me.

I guess what I am trying to say is that the game play is great and that alone is enough for me to be happy with my purchase.

Well said. And I’m pretty sure I would enjoy this game without a complete story as well. I just don’t want to have to play it twice is all just for the story.

I agree with you. I own Windblown and this game (on Epic since launch). Have played both a little bit and really love the gameplay but am waitning for final release becuase otherwise by the time the game launches you are fatigued from it.

Happy to see them drop the price to $35 again. I just bought it. Question: do I have to actually boot up the game during early access to get the bonus weapon you get for early access?
