Locked 60 FPS
Is there a way to unlock this? I push Cyberpunk at 165+ this makes no sense.

Game is weird also does that to me I just use Lossless Scaling to generate 2x frames.

Turn off v-sync, and select your monitor refresh rate.

The game is very cpu heavy, more than cyberpunk, sounds like your cpu might not be able to keep up with 60 fps.

Ryzen 9 5950x 16 cores? Yeaaah sure.

That cpu is 4 years old now though, so...possibly? 🤷‍♂️

Lol you clearly don't know what you're on about le bro bro this CPU is practically brand new and runs most of my games at even higher FPS than my monitor's refresh rate. I don't need DDR5 to play Suicide Squad. This game is purposefully locked at 60fps in Open World. The most I hit is 80-90. I hit 100+ in Elseworld or Season Missions. 140+ in Cutscenes. Regardless, I should be able to push more. This game is known to be poorly optimized. I surpass the game requirements. Age in CPU means nothing. I know people with 2060 TI and lower CPUs who still push most games at high FPS as I do. Cyberpunk is WAY more demanding than this game and I have NO issues with it on Ultra with Ray-Tracing.. :Caveling_Skull:

V-Sync is an insta switch off for me in every game. The refresh rate only goes up to 144 for some reason. I have 165 and most games I push reaaally high FPS surpassing 240. It's very odd.

Try this, even with your CPU the game will still struggle due to UE4 being UE4.

Dude this engine is what U5 or something? It's CPU intensive for what damn reasons these new engines suck I got a 13900k (undervolted and all that crap it's running fine) and this thing should be running twice as fast but whatever probably helped limit the damage and made it possible for a lot of people to refund right away.

For free its aight I suppose and hope the modders can fix it and make deathlock playable without bs grinding.

Modern games are the bottleneck for your CPU. ;)

I have Ryzen 9 5900X 12 Core.
I get over 60 FPS on medium settings with DLSS at 1440p. (Ray Tracing off).

Gotham Knights from Warner supports 300 FPS or was it 320?.

Then you have Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on ID Engine...
Default max FPS are 1000 FPS when you start it...

It's not though, it's 4 years old, and in terms of cpus that's a lifetime, the new ryzen 5 9600x beats your ryzen 9 5950x in UHD gaming performance pretty much every time

What once was top dog no longer is, and very quickly so in the cpu space.

RECOMMENDED
OS: Win 10 (64 bit)
Processor: Intel i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X3D
Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 2080 or AMD RX 6800-XT (16GiB)
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 65 GB available space
Additional Notes: RAM: 16 GB (2x8); SSD Recommended

MY RIG
OS: Win 11
AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16-CORE
NVIDIA RTX 3070
DirectX: V12
RAM: 64gb
SSD

You're talking nonsense buddy. This game is poorly optimized and shouldn't be capped. If you think a four year old CPU is bad you're mistaken. I'm not talking DDR5 either so bringing up a Ryzen 5 9600x is meaningless for your point. I got the CPU THIS YEAR not even 5-6 months ago so that's what I meant by BRAND NEW. It's a fresh install. No one has to buy a brand new part annually for their rig. It's unnecessary and a waste of money especially to achieve high fps in a mid game like Suicide Squad. Fallout had something similar and I had to force unlock the FPS to where NOW I'm playing 250+ consistently. Cyberpunk is a more demanding game and I play it on ULTRA with Raytracing on if I really wanted to.. Everything that is "recommended" by the devs does not perform anywhere near what my rig does. Regardless the game isn't really that good nor will I be grinding it. It's a good playthrough but I don't plan on putting hundreds of hours on it to grind battle passes. The game is fun for a while but I care about high fps as a competitive player.

Did you ever figure this out? I too have a poverty 5950x. Idk if that could be the issue. It was working just fine a few weeks ago. Now it's locked to 60fps
I have a weird framerate cap at 82fps in my 165hz monitor.

because if you have vsync on and it can't make enough fps to hit the refresh rate it runs at half the refresh rate
