For me, Freeze will always be the tragic-yet-dangerous arctic explorer from Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub-Zero. Like the Jonkler, Ms. Freeze looks ridiculously over-designed.

Killer Frost, Captain Cold, Chillblaine, Snowman, Ice, Endless Winter, Blizzard, Cryonic Man, Polar Boy, Ice Maiden and I'm probably still missing some...

Yet they went the double slap route and took the most famous character and made a design so bad that it's beyond pointless to even call it Freeze...

Killer Frost and Captain Cold were actually members of Task Force X.

If they wanted to have another female they could have easily had Victoria Fries or Killer Frost.

Captain Cold would have been perfect because it would encourage playful rivalry and banter with Captain Boomerang since they are both in the Rogues and have "Captain" in their names.

Instead we will have the presence of Captain Cold and Killer Frost in the game but only as Infamy Sets.

The reasoning is story-related though because according to datamining they find Nora Fries in a cryopod when they are looking for Flash in stasis or something. I honestly hope they start expanding on the plot more with Season 2 because so far the motion comics and brief cutscenes are not doing much to advance the storyline.

They are clinging to this alternate Earth multiverse premise much too tightly and it's hurting the game as a result.

I don't understand this obsession with the majority of the cosmetics just being the Squad members cosplaying -- this includes the DIY Justice League outfits (which even received two sets). I know those are sold in the Store but the upcoming Battle Pass outfits make the previous Battle Pass Wayne Tech set masterworks by comparison since I was actually wearing those.

There are so many established looks and actual outfits fans would want from a source of literally years worth of printed, digital, and cinematic material to draw from and we are given this.

I've never experienced a live service game where I dislike nearly every cosmetic it has to offer. I used to question some of the recolors in Marvel's Avengers but compared to this, this is worse.

The only member I am going to consider giving the Battle Pass outfit to is Mrs. Freeze.

Also, why is Captain Boomerang always left out of these Battle Passes? That's twice in a row now. I feel bad for Boomer mains.

Killer Frost was in Task Force X in the arkham universe but this game ignored that entirely to add in a character who was already killed in universe to the game.

Yep, that's my biggest issue as well. They're pushing the cosmetic shop with almost every announcement, but all of the cosmetics are terrible. It really makes me wonder if they lost all of their good designers between the games. The only skins I like are the Classic Outfits, but I can't really give them credit for that since they technically didn't design those.

Same. Those are the only outfits I actually purchased. The free Easter outfits were too silly and the Pride outfits were just okay. The Cyber Crime outfits from Twitch Drops look cool but are really flashy.
