But... still no mention of offline mode's ETA. Very little likelihood of an actual conclusion to the story ever getting made. Apparently all the Justice League people we defeated were just poorly made clones and the REAL Justice League members are trapped in machines that are stealing their abilities for the endless drone swarms. So don't worry... the brutal disrespect shown to Arkhamverse Batman was just shown to one of his subpar clones. Real Kevin Conroy is safe and sound in a cloning machine.
Except... they're not making it to season four. They're not redeeming or completing the wretched story. Not unless WB Games doesn't understand Sunk Cost fallacies.
So yeah, didn't cave. Did buy some Dead or Alive games on Xbox, though. Miss that game. Going to be Zack, lord of unsafe-for-work islands.
Edit addition: maybe when the WHOLE package is available, with an offline mode, for $9.99. Just gotta wait another year.
I heard The Crew 2 is on sale as well, you might wanna grab a copy of that too.
Even at $20, being a always online, once they pull the game servers, it will be unplayable.
