I don't give a ♥♥♥♥, do you?
Did you actually think they wanted to "save" this game? it was merely an overpriced cash grab.
They took people's hard-earned money and laughed at every single one of them (especially the ones who paid over $100+ for it) they get to dip with the money scott free while the people who gave them money get screwed over.
Last time RS/Sony gets anymore money from me.
This would only work if they got MORE Money then they had spent making it. There is no way the Sales payed for the almost 10 Years it took to get a Game out, let alone all the Marketing they spent trying to get people to Buy it to begin with.
If anything they will try and get away with spending as little as they can going forward, and its pretty clear thats the plan. I see a Year at most, but wont be shocked if they try and end it sooner. They dont have the Cash to spend on a Game that is just Costing them Money at this point.
How true that is though is anyone's guess.
Sadest part is, with James Gunn's DCMU heading for failure, and this game crashing and burning (for so many reasons it's almost impossible to list them all, mostly misreading the audience) we probably won't ever get another Batman game for a very long time
