I've seen them many times over for all sorts of products and services, even had to do a few myself. Its how business to business marketing works which is what this is.

I think you missed the point, the overall message was that representation should focus on joy and innovation rather than being solely reactive to pain or trauma, that people should go beyond portraying the struggles of marginalised communities oh, and buy our services!

I think there's one really good example in this very game, ever heard of Danny the Street?

So Danny is peak Grant Morrison and peak comic book and why I love them, he was created in 1990.

Danny is a living and sentient piece of urban geography who can magically and seamlessly place himself in any urban landscape at will without any disruption to his surroundings. He can freely interact with any other sapient being through various forms of visual printing within his proximity.

Danny lets the people tossed out by society have a place to rest. He entertains them with drag shows and various shops. Danny cross-dresses and enjoys expressing himself by putting pink, frilly awnings or curtains on gun stores and the like.

Its a pretty wild and very comic book answer to the problem, its not centered around the misery storytelling that can so often come with writing about a marginalised group.

This was in 1990 but It's an example of the main message of the video.

Edit: Apparently hes in the recent Doom Patrol tv show but I've not seen it.

I also like around the 5 Min Mark where we get Confirmation that SBI was involved with the Story pretty much from the Start. They only have started trying to hide this AFTER all this Backlash.

The people that keep trying to Defend this Company are showing who they really are.
