Lois Lane vs Vicky Vale vs Jack Ryder

Hello!

Which reporter is your favourite? I'm a Lois guy. I think she's a better reporter, and a better character in general. Ryder is a tabloid journalist. Vale is little better than him. If it's not obvious already, I don't like tabloids or sensationalist headlines.

There was a Superman episode where Lois learns about Bruce. Lois doesn't publish his identity, which is something I think Vale or Ryder would do.

Vicki Vale has actually known Bruce Wayne is batman in the past and gone to great lengths to protect him. Her more recent iterations though... yeah she kinda got the Cat Grant treatment but not nearly as bad.

Ryder just sucks. I don't believe Batman would let him voice over everything in the league museum

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm not as familiar with Vale's character. I agree with your point on Ryder. I think the only reason Bruce would have done that is to distract Ryder from getting himself into more antics.

I mean, Jack Ryder eventually becomes a criminally insane superhero named The Creeper... so I think he wins by default.

Vicki Vale is a fine character, but much less interesting. As for Lois Lane... modern DC has run her into the ground for me. I have zero interest.
