21fps in Mosaic Lines stage!!!

I dk if still people playing this game on Steam? hopefully there is someone can help me fix this, whenever I enter the mosaic line which is the 3rd stage, my fps immediately drop to 21...and my pc can hold prefectly 60fps all the time before the 2 stages...

Dont worry about my gpu, my desktop only have 1 gpu running, and I dont have any integrated gpu to run with...I tried many stuffs, locked it with 60fps, v-sync on/off, turned down to lowest settings...and none of them help, pls if somebody have a solution for this, I really wanna complete this game and I dont want to buy a console just for this game...

I just bought the game and reached the Monsaic Lines stage and I am also experiencing this issue. Once this level starts, FPS and lag are terrible, even in the menus. If you quit and go to the initial game menu, everything runs smooth. Also the first 2 levels had no performance issues at all.

I found a solution in a different thread, I don't know how to link to it. The user RadicalEdward2 suggested that one should go to settings, change the input method from controller to keyboard and back. It actually works...

Actually I have a more easier solution already, no matter u using controller or K&M...once we enter the Mosaic Line stage, the fps will drop to 21fps...just press Alt+Enter to exit full screen mode, then press Alt+Enter again to enter full screen mode...this actually fixed the problem and I dk why, and also set the fps maximum to 60fps is better for the gameplay
