Where to find more Power Cores?

I got the first Power Core from a Xeno Mine on an asteroid like the update log said, but I can't find where to get any more. All the other bases and mines I've found on asteroids and the planets I've visited at the moment (Jarilo, Perun, Morena) have just more modules that use up energy. Is there a specific planet that Power Cores can be gotten from, or am I just getting very unlucky?
