Saitek BIP - has anyone got it working?
I got the switch, multi, radio and instrument panels all working with help on this forum, but the BIP (backlit information panel / warning lights...) is not working with the steam edition. It does work fine with my boxed FSX install. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Do not bother pointing me to the SPAD drivers, I want to use the original Saitek drivers.

I did rename the .manifest files, what needs to be in the dll.xml file? Did either of you get the BIP to work for you?

@Megatherion I found a solution, now my BIP Panel and the others are working. Download the updated Saitek plugin for the FSX Steam Edition on this link ( http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php ). Restart your PC and it should work perfectly.

My Saitek BIP panel are working pretty good but you must download an app SPADNEXT.
You can get this app here: http://www.spadnext.com/home.html

The only "downside" with this app, you need a registered (full) version of Spad.next.
