You must follow the manual instructions before removing or you will have to start messing about with camera.cfg files, EZdok should have backed these up when it was installed.
can i remove the pc and a new win install ?
A re-install of Windows seems a bit drastic. Performing a full uninstall of FSX (there are some guides on how to completely uninstall FSX:SE knocking about, Google will be your friend for finding them) then re-installing may be sufficient.
Edit: typos
Thanks anyway :D
