FSX Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X 2.0 (Not Responding) Issue Windows 10 OS

Greetings,

I have purchased the Cessna Citation X 2.0 from Eaglesoft and everything downloaded and installed with no issues. However, when I try to pick the Citation X in free flight It allowes me to select the variation from the list and all the thumbnails show up. When I click on select aircraft FSX "hangs for several minutes" then will suddenly bring up the screen with the Ciation loaded and I can freely rotate the aircraft around. When I click on Fly Now it just completly stops responding. Ive tried the normal, Reinstall (both the addon and FSX), clearing the logbook.bin file. Trying run the installer and FSX in Win 7 Compatability mode.

I've tried working with Eaglesoft buy got told that "We do know that our products work well in W10 with users proper control of that OS." ( I guess they mean User Account controll which I have completly disabled.)

Anyone have any other solutions, or did I just waste $50.00? :P

Their gauges are old code, as old as their ideas (heck, they still develop stuff for FSX in 2020!!) and thus incompatible with Windows 10 and most surely even Windows 8/8.1. You better return it if you can as they won't offer solutions or, at least, recompile their code so that it works with the latest operating systems.

ESDG, unfortunately, has been a major disappointment lately as their products used to be great in FS9/FSX and old WindowsXP.
