Here is the email I received today:

Dear Sir,

No the E-Jet are not compatible with FSX-Steam and Windows 10.

To let us keep track of this e-mail, please reply without changing the content. Thank You !

If it's the 175/195 that is quite surprising, don't tell my Windows 10 install that.

Maybe if you contact feelthere (the devs), the Steam DLC for the E-Jets Embraer 175/195 work fine on WIn 10 for me, perhaps the non Steam version of the add on differs IDK.

Yes, perhaps but in my email to Wilco I specified for FSX SE and this was their reply.

Glad it works for you; i just don't have the money to throw around on addons that may or may not work.
I have the Feelthere E-Jets v2 from Steam and they work fine. However, people are saying there was an update two days ago and I haven't played after that so this new update may have broken the jets. If you can confirm that they did work before the update and don't work after that would be amazing.

Hi, The email to Wilco I pasted in the thread was received August 2, 2016 in which the rep says Windows 10 not supported, it doesn't work. I took this to mean, "don't buy this product, it will not work for you".

So... I am confused but glad you had the SE version working :) Perhaps another update will fix it again for you.

Wilco has what seems like a nice CRJ 700/900 next gen package but again they advised me against purchasing it.

I really like the regional jets (especially CRJ) but for now seems like I am stuck with the default. That being said, perhaps my novice piloting skills do not deserve anything fancier than the default and it may do me good to wait for the Aerosoft CRJ 700 or some other such future release that will surely be supported using Windows 10.

I purchased my jets off of the Steam DLC store so that may have helped me out.

I like others am using windows 10 and these planes just fine. The only thing I have an issue with these planes is installing skins and liveries which seems to be impossible. Maybe its your installer that was bad.

Buy the DLC directly from steam (If you have FSX:SE)

Aerosoft has an excellent CRJ700/90 package that works perfectly with both FSX SE and P3D v4.2

It's much more sophisticated than the Wilco offering however, so be prepared to read the manual (some 500+ pages in 7 volumes) to be able to fly it effectively. They have dozens of free liveries for it at the Aerosoft site, and still more can be found at the Avsim file library.

FWIW, I have the feelthere Wilco ERJ 135/145 installed in FSX SE and it works fine.
