Many of them absolutely are. All of them that say "FSX" compatible will work with FSX SE. Remember FSX-SE is the equivalent of the FSX GOLD CD version (FSX standard, not Deluxe, plus Acceleration Pack). Its just hosted, pre-patched, and two planes got glass cockpits added to them but otherwise its EXACTLY the same code and folder structures.

EVERYTHING THAT IS FSX COMPATIBLE IS FSX-SE COMPATIBLE, you just have to, in some cases of older installers, re-direct (point) them to YOUR correct FSX-SE install path. If they default and/or otherwise get installed to the wrong path, only then they won't work.
