On Autopilot control toggle Autothrottle lever to ON position ... enter the speed value in IAS/Mach window engage Autopilot then engage speed control by clicking on icon under ias/mach window ... the speed hold will be active if the icon 's green light indicator is lit

didnt even know there was as autopilot control, all I ever see is a black button area where you pull down two buttons or leavers while you are climbing, than hit a altitude button to auto level once you have reached disered altitude, that is how I been doing it, an moving my throttle up an down as it is very hard to find a spot where it stays on one speed. I will look for this i guess,
