Problems with MILVIZ 737-200c

I recently purchased the MILVIZ 737-200c and am now wishing I hadn't. The aircraft loads and operates without any issues. It's only when I try to change to another aircraft, exit a flight or even exit FSX Steam that the issue happens. FSX crashes!

I have followed the support steps listed on their support forum. Uninstalling the aircraft. Turning off my antivirus, disabling UAC, running everything as administrator, on and on, still have the same issue. And when the aircraft crashes FSX it modifies the configuration manager for the aircraft. I have tried changing the settings in the configuration manager but they are locked. The only resolution is to uninstall and reinstall the aircraft. Back to square one.

My question is, has anyone who has this aircraft had or heard of this issue. Do you have a fix? I like the aircraft but this has become ridiculous.
